Dear Maintainer,

plplot FTBFS against octave 6.1.0, which currently sits in experimental. A
build log is attached.

The problem comes from swig, which is not (yet) compatible with octave 6. The
problem has been reported upstream, and it is unclear when it will be fixed:
https://github.com/swig/swig/issues/1893

I see that the problem has been fixed in the version of plplot that stands in
experimental (by simply dropping the octave bindings). I nevertheless opened
this bug report for facilitating the tracking of the octave 6 transition.

The severity of this bug report will be raised once octave 6.1.0 is uploaded
to unstable.

Thanks for your work,
