cbf.h includes hdf5.h

Dear all,

the file /usr/include/cbflib/cbf.h from libcbf-dev (libcbf-dev:amd64
0.9.6+dfsg1-2+b1 amd64) contains the directive '#include "hdf5.h"'
(line 253). However, the file does not contain dependencies from hdf5,
and at least my code compiles fine removing this directive. May I
suggest to remove this directive?
