The build log files /usr/share/doc/vtk9/doxygen/html/_formulas.log.gz
and ./usr/share/doc/vtk9/html/_formulas.log.gz contain timestamps:

Since these log files appear to be artifacts leftover from the
generation of the documentation, the attached patch removes these files
from debian/rules before building the package.
