Bug#949029: has to be fixed in brial

Hi Matthias,

you reassigned the two bugs #945522 and #949029 to brial, however I don't see any connection to brial. Neither beancount nor python-bleach depends on brial, which is a math library for dealing with polynomials over boolean rings by the way.

Did you confuse brial with something else?
