Bug#951051: Acknowledgement (spyder3: Inserting a breakpoint in multi-file project using the spyder GUI)

Apologies, removing all pip installed packages spyder3 from Debian 10 no 
longer exhibits this behavior and the breakpoints in multi-files work fine.
