Looking for sponsor for SpaCy package

Hello Anastasiia,

I just briefly looked at your packages and have some notes, which
can be applied to most of them:

- Use compat-level 12. Just add debhelper-compat (= 12) into the
Build-Depends and check, whether it builds.
- Run "cme fix dpkg" over all packages (please use Debian Testing for
that). It will update some stuff.
- Run "lintian-brush" over all packages (please use Debian Testing for
that). It will fix some lintian-warnings.
- Drop python2-dependencies, we are aiming to have python3 only.
- Please check ALL files:
   * whether they are listed in d/copyright
   * source code files are only allowed (no binaries)
- Why some VCS-fields are commented?
- List the order, how packages should be uploaded into archive: first
- independent packages, then - dependent.
- python-preshed: please screate wishlist bug with the "new version".
Ping maintainer one more time. In case of "no reaction" the upload can
be NMUed.

Best regards

Anton
