Bug#966175: libopenblas0-pthread: segfault in scipy tests: calls Haswell

Haswell is 4th generation Intel core, while Whiskey Lake is 8th/9th
generation, hence much more recent. So Whiskey Lake is perfectly able
to run Haswell assembly code. The cause of the bug must lie somewhere
else.
