Source: pandas
Version: 1.0.4+dfsg-1
Severity: serious
Tags: ftbfs
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

pandas/experimental recently started to FTBFS, probably due to some change
in python or a python module:

ImportError while loading conftest '/build/pandas-1.0.4+dfsg/debian/tmp/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/pandas/conftest.py'.
../debian/tmp/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/pandas/conftest.py:15: in <module>
    import pandas.util._test_decorators as td
../debian/tmp/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/pandas/util/_test_decorators.py:176: in <module>
    _skip_if_no_mpl(), reason="Missing matplotlib dependency"
../debian/tmp/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/pandas/util/_test_decorators.py:97: in _skip_if_no_mpl
    mod.use("Agg", warn=True)
E TypeError: use() got an unexpected keyword argument 'warn'
