Bug#962335: FTBFS: new upstream version available with bug fixes

This is fixed in unstable, and in Salsa's experimental branch.  I didn't 
consider it worth the buildd resources to upload in experimental, 
without also doing some work on other issues such as #877419.  (1.0 is 
in experimental and not unstable because it breaks other packages - see 
#950430.)
