Bug#954352: pymca: Missing dependency "python3-scipy", probably in "python3-silx"

Package: pymca
Version: 5.4.3+dfsg-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

I installed "pymca" on a debian 10 system, this draggs the dependencies:
* python3-pymca5
* python3-silx

The package python3-silx apparently requires python3-scipy, the graphical user
interface does not load and crashed at start up.

Cheers,

Jerpme
