Control: retitle -1 pandas FTBFS: deprecations/improvements fail tests

The message on the old title is just a warning, but there are 6 other 
tests that fail.

I think these are all bugs in the tests not the actual package, i.e. 
using our current pandas is fine.

Deprecation warnings in fail-on-warning tests:
arrays/categorical/test_warnings.py::TestCategoricalWarnings::test_tab_complete_warning
plotting/test_frame.py::TestDataFramePlots::test_subplots_warnings
plotting/test_hist_method.py::TestDataFrameGroupByPlots::test_grouped_hist_legacy

Tests that expect Matplotlib to reject a color format it now accepts (

Change in default axis tick positioning, already marked as
