Bug#956543: freecad: FTBFS with new opencascade 7.4 (library transition)

Status update why this package has not yet been updated:
If the freecad is rebuilt against pyside2, it will run
into 945376 at runtime, namely when opening the PartDesign workbench.
As this is a major feature in freecad and the current version in
sid works its better to wait until pyside2 has been fixed.

For that, several QT dependencies pyside have to be updted:
- qtdatavis3d-everywhere-src
- qtscxml-everywhere-src
- qtspeech-opensource-src
- qtxmlpatterns-opensource-src

Bugs have been filed against those package, they should block this bug.
