Bug#957007: arpack: ftbfs with GCC-10

Hello,

The attached patch fixes the bug you reported below; it simply replaces scalar variables as actual arguments in calls to various print routines in ARPACK with (/ scalar /) to turn them into a rank 1 array with a single entry. The dummy arguments are defined as datatype(*) so the error reported by gcc is correct.
