Hi Sébastien,

Good catch! I tried to remove the mentioned LDFLAG

  DEB_LDFLAGS_MAINT_STRIP="-Wl,-Bsymbolic-functions"

and rebuilt the openblas 3.8 package.

Then deadlock issue disappeared.
