Hi Maintainer

Since the upload of python3-defaults with Python 3.9 as the default
version, xeus-python FTBFS.
I've copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log below.

CMake Error in CMakeLists.txt:
  Imported target "pybind11_json" includes non-existent path
    "/usr/include/python3.8"
  in its INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES.  Possible reasons include:
  * The path was deleted, renamed, or moved to another location.
  * An install or uninstall procedure did not complete successfully.
  * The installation package was faulty and references files it does not
  provide.
