Bug#972394: siconos: FTBFS could not find Python 3

Hi,

while I was rebuilding all reverse-dependencies of bullet, I
discovered that siconos fails to build from source. The issue is
related to Python 3, maybe a missing build-dependency.

Full build log is attached.


The error message is:
