FW: Package update Request

Good morning, Squad!

I'm not sure if this is the proper place to submit this request, or if this is even something you guys offer, but alas. I would like to request a new build of liboce-foundation--dev, if you see it within your hearts.
At the end of December there was an important update to the libraries that support my use cases to the T and it would be tremendously helpful to have these new files and libraries.
