GTS utils transform manpage

Hello Science Team,

I was just reading the manpage for transform(1) from the libgts-bin Debian package and it seems there is a typo in the shorthand version of the --rz option:

        -m ANGLE, --rz=ANGLE

should be

        -n ANGLE, --rz=ANGLE
