Bug#986821: freecad: Garbled menu makes freecad unusable

you nailed it! Shame on me I haven't noticed your advice, earlier!

It's a scaling problem! I have indeed changed my scaling factor in 
gnome-tweaks from 1,00 to 0,9 and that's why freecad showed up garbled. 
I have reverted my settings and freecad works, again.

So, because I had no problems in earlier versions, it seems like there 
is a regression in freecad's scaling subsystem - or maybe some other 
qt-applications, too?
