[ITA] triangle

Dear Anton, dear all,
The package is basically ready for a new upload.

The package repository is at 
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/triangle (just realized that the 
repository is currently private, I will try to make it public ASAP).

I have also sent an email to non-feer at buildd.debian.org asking for 
automatic builds.

Now I need some DD to update the ACL to grant me permission for upload.
Would you like to do it, please?
