Bug#982983: spyder: Needs to add a dependency on python3-xdg

Dear Maintainer,

Trying to launch spyder fails with the error "The 'pyxdg>=0.26'
distribution was not found and is required by spyder". Installing the python3-xdg package solves the issue.
