Dear Fellow Maintainers,

While working on #982471, I noticed the autopkgtest of openEMS
only did a simple loading of its Octave and Python 3 modules.
Since this kind of test is considered superficial by the release
team, I marked it appropriately, to avoid that the package
unduly benefits from autopkgtest bonuses without a coverage
representative of its usage.

As far as I could see, upstream provides various entry points
for diverse testings, so maybe it would be usable for more
complete tests. The SmoothMeshLines.py for instance requires
the use of a running X server, so it might be necessary to
devise something with the use of Xvfb.

Kind Regards,
