Mind you, the qutip error looks quite serious:

E               TypeError: can't convert complex to float

Unless someone can spot straight away what the problem there is, I think 
it's likely we won't have it fixed before we want to release bullseye.

Which is to say, given these test errors in pandas and qutip (and 
numba), I think I can make the judgement that we will not push scipy 
1.6.1 into unstable/bullseye. In which case it's not urgent  to fix 
pandas or check if the 1.2.2 release still gives the same error.
