ucx 1.10.0~rc1-5 and pmix 4.0.0-3 both currently break openmpi 4.0.5-7
in testing, so they should not be allowed to migrate.

If openmpi 4.0.5-7 is supposed to work with them, then something needs
to be fixed.
If not, then both libucx0 and libpmix2 need a Breaks: libopenmpi3 (<<
4.1.0-3) or similar.
