Hi Maintainer

The recent upload of petsc 3.14.3+dfsg1-1 appears to have caused the
autopkgtests of at least deal.ii [1], dolfin [2], mshr [3] and
slepc4py [4] to fail.

I've copied what I hope is the relevant portion of slepc4py's log below.
