upsetplots in science team?

Hi,

There's a package for making UpSet plots using matplotlib and pandas
called UpSetPlot (Upset plots can provide a visualization similar in
use to venn diagrams but easily extensible to many more than 3 sets).

I was thinking the science-team is the best home for something like
that.
