Bug#986527: sagemath: FTBFS: /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/sage/src/bin/sage: line 549: exec: cython: not found

Hi,

friendly ping on the sagemath issue as it will be dropped from testing 
on the 18., otherwise.
As far as I read there are a number of proposals (downgrade, ignore test 
results..) besides fixing the tests. I'm happy to help with this but 
leave it to the maintainers how to approach this.
