In regards to METIS_WPartGraphRecursive, METIS_WPartGraphKway in
FreeFoam, these were dropped when FreeFOAM rebranded as OpenFOAM,
which uses only METIS_PartGraphRecursive, METIS_PartGraphKway. 

ie. Metis v5 compatibility is suitable for OpenFOAM (which also does
not use METIS_PartMesh* )
