If this can be built in a similar environment with the personality set
with linux32, the severity should be downgraded.

The tests.reproducible-builds.org infrastructure does not use linux32
(which finds corner-case bugs like this one), but I believe
buildd.debian.org does use linux32 to set the personality where
appropriate.
