Because the Debian package uses dh instead of cdbs, I had to add
--buildsystem=qmake - probably due to a newer debhelper now.

Also many thanks for the packaging files. There are only minor
differences to package in salsa.

I upload 0.8.0 to experimental now. As soon as Debian 11 is
released, we can have it in unstable and testing.
