Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for virtuoso-opensource (versioned as 7.2.5.1+dfsg-3.1)
and uploaded it to DELAYED/7. Please feel free to tell me if I should 
cancel it.

The proper fix for the part of #986293 that is not a duplicate of 
#986275 would be fixing whatever made libvirtuoso5.5-cil lose its
dependencies, Debian Mono Group copied in case someone has an idea
what broke that.
