Hi Maintainer

As can be seen on reproducible builds [1], h5py FTBFS on armhf with
the following error:

build/h5py/_debian_h5py_serial/tests/test_dtype.py::TestVlen::test_compound_vlen_bool
Fatal Python error: Bus error

The cause is most likely an alignment error, which is exposed when
running armhf on an arm64 kernel.  There are often failures on the
official buildds as well [2], depending on which host the build lands.
