tpot FTBFS in current unstable: one_hot_encoder_tests.py tries to import 
sklearn.utils.testing, which does not exist, and 
tpot_tests.py:test_score_2 produces the wrong result.

This may well be due to the recent upgrade of sklearn, but I haven't 
tried to verify that.
