Bug#986821: freecad: Garbled menu makes freecad unusable

Actually, there is a duplicate bug report that have extra information...
Lets merge those and add the meta data that this has been forwarded to upstream
already, but $someone might need to fill in the extra information that scale
values less than 1.0 are a problem... 

It might even be a qt5 problem, but can't tell for sure.
