Package: tango-starter
Version: 9.3.4+48.93a21d-2~bpo10+1+salsaci
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

tango-starter has an unmet service dependency from some other service
(possibly the network),
which makes it start incorrectly.

Since the classic init scripts are translated automatically by systemd
into systemd units,
and according to their documentation, the "network" service is no longer
honored as a target
dependency, see here for all the details:

https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/NetworkTarget/

So, following their suggestion the $nework-online  dependency have to be
added in the init script
