Hello,

This is to inform you that hmat-oss, a dependency of openturns, is in
experimental and waits for a transition. It will cause openturns to ftbfs.

Right now I am working on openturns so that it is ready for the transition of
hmat-oss. I won't ask for a transition slot before I am ready to source-upload
openturns accordingly.
