Bug#1009008: Development package should depend in libsqlite3-dev

Package: libdlib-dev
Version: 19.10-3.1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
I think libdlib-dev should depend on libsqlite3-dev. For instance the former
installs /usr/include/dlib/sqlite/sqlite.h, which attempts to include
/usr/include/sqlite3.h, which lies in the latter.
Kind regards,
