Bug#1008886: python-demgengeo: diff for NMU version 1.4-4.1

Dear maintainer,

since this issue is blocking the ongoing python3.10 as default
transition, I've prepared an NMU for python-demgengeo (versioned as
1.4-4.1). The diff is attached to this message.
