Dear maintainer(s),

We're in the transition of making python3.10 the default python3. For 
that reason, esys-particle was binNMUd. Since that rebuild, the 
autopkgtest of esys-particle fails. Worse, it doesn't end by itself but 
it times out after 2:47 hours.
