debci tests for armci-mpi with the new mpich 4.0.2-1 are failing with
the error:

The problem is not as simple as just rebuilding armci-mpi (which
builds static libraries) in a binNMU, since the same error occurs in
build-time tests.

The error also appears in nwchem (possibly via its use of armci-mpi),
and in bagel tests.

Is there an incompatibility between mpich 4.0.2 and libpmix ?
