Thanks for the report. I can see that libocct-draw-7.x depends on a bunch of
-dev packages [1], but that has been since ages… (at least this bits have
not been changed for the 7.6.3 update)

I'll need to investigate if those dependencies are really needed or have been misplaced
and should be in libocct-draw7.x-dev instead.
