Dear ncrystal Maintainer,

The packages has ftbfs issues on riscv64, armel, mipsel due to missing 
link atomic. The full buildd log is here:

The patch attached is trying to fix those build fail and it has been 
verified in real riscv64 hardware and armel & mipsel qemu.
