Bug#1016332: librsb: FTBFS: gmake[3]: *** [Makefile:920: qtests] Error 1

Hi Rafael,
latex is not able to compile a rsbtest-generated
file looking like the one I attach.
The problematic line is:
\usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc}
and there are two alternative fixes to be applied before autoreconf:
Patch suggestion 1:
sed 's/utf8x//g' -i rsbtest/rsbtest.cpp
Patch suggestion 2:
sed 's/..LATEX./false/g' -i rsbtest/Makefile.am
I suggest to use 1, and if you confirm it works, I'd also use
it upstream.
Is it effective?
