Hi,

dart/experimental FTBFS on i386 due to a hanging test:

I could reproduce this locally and found the process
/build/dart-6.12.1+dfsg4/.pybuild/cpython3_3.10/build/unittests/unit/test_SkelParser
running and eating 100% of a cpu core.
