Processed: pillow breaks python-imageio autopkgtest: assert (150, 200, 3) == (150, 200, 4)

In pillow 9, gif behavior changed so that the second and subsequent frame of animated gifs will end up as RGB/RGBA depending on if there's a transparent color or not.  

This fixed a long standing bug with the rendering of gifs with different palettes in subsequent frames.
