Admittedly, I do not understand this very well, I do see this binary package being built by
the buildd machine here:
	https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=fpga-icestorm&arch=all&ver=0%7E20220102git3b7b199-3&stamp=1642690494&raw=0

I do see the binary package in testing as well:
	https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/fpga-icestorm-chipdb

I even see this in testing

$ sudo apt-get --simulate install fpga-icestorm-chipdb
