Bug#980107: python-rioxarray

Dear Alastair,
thanks again for sponsoring the upload of python-rioxarray.
I'm trying to push a new version to migrate it in unstable but it seems 
that I'm not allowed to do it at the moment.

Could you please grant me upload permissions as described in [1]?
