Hi Ryan,

It seems you were addressing me in your reply below. Please be aware 
that the BTS doesn't forward messages to bugs to the submitter unless 
they are subscribed explicitly. If you want reply from the submitter, 
always include them in CC.

That happens automatically once a day. The history shows more than 20 
retries already.
