Bug#1006851: python-h5netcdf: version file gets corrupted by local git state

Source: python-h5netcdf
Version: 0.14.1-1
Severity: normal
Control: forwarded -1 https://github.com/h5netcdf/h5netcdf/issues/156

Upstream introduced _version.py and setuptools_scm in PR #146 (commit
5a29b6c).

This makes version handling unstable. The version file gets corrupted
at build time, replaced with a reference to the last commit in the
local git repo.

The change in source code causes dpkg-buildpackage to fail ("source
change detected")
