Bug#1007942: python3-jsondiff: split out /usr/bin into a separate jsondiff package

Package: python3-jsondiff
Version: 1.3.1-2
Severity: wishlist

Due to the conflict between python3-jsondiff and cbmc I can't update
python3-jsondiff any more. cbmc is pulled in by check-all-the-things
and python3-jsondiff is pulled in by diffoscope, which only needs the
jsondiff Python module, not the jdiff program. If you split the jdiff
and jsondiff-jsondiff programs off into a jsondiff binary package then
I could update python3-jsondiff again.

Alternatively you could talk to upstream about using the jsondiff
binary name instead of the jdiff binary name.
